Soto Ayam, wow
this is one of the greatest soup that I ever taste. Especially when I eat This
soup in rainy season, or when the weather is so cold. Because I will feel more
relax and more better. And I know that
most of you also like to eat this soup.
Oke, but Maybe
guys, most of you do not know about the recipe and how to make it. because you
just sometimes buy it in restaurant or you request it to your mom, or to your
grandmother. Therefore, you don’t know how to make it by yourself. Hehe But it
does not matter, because I will share you about the recipe and the simple way
that you can follow to make your soup Soto Ayam.
Here you are : Before
you read about the way or the step, lets look about some ingredients that you
need to prepare.
You
may prepare 1 Chicken that has been cut and cleaned 1 tail, cabbage 200 grams
if you want, Tauge 200 grams, Boiled Potatoes or Steamed 4 Fruits, 2
Tomatoes, Soun 50 grams, Boiled Egg 3
Grains, Water 2 liters, and Fried onion. Then,
you may prepare ingredients that needed for spices. 3 orange leaves, Lemongrass
2 sticks, 2 bay leaves, 1 onion leaf, Galangal 25 grams and oil. And
the last ingredients to make a spices for soup. For these ingredients, you must
smooth them first. Turmeric 5 grams, Pecan 4 fruit, Ginger 15 grams, Onion 3
pieces, Garlic 2 cloves, Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste.
Okey that’s all
about ingredients,and lets look how to make it.
First, saute the
spice that has been in smoothed, stir until a few moments and feel the aroma. Next,
