Have you ever taste this cake ? Barongko. One of my favorite food. It is made from banana, and wrapped in banana leaf, and the taste is sweet. Sometimes, people made this special cake in wedding party or special day such as Eid day, or depending on their mood, hehe When they have a lot of banana, then they will make this barongko because it is so simple cake.Oke lets look simple ingredients that you will need to make Barongko. First, of course Banana, but select it first, the wrong banana will made the taste bad. So choose better ingredients, then you need coconut milk, and sugar.Oke, now you can make your barongko by following these steps.
First, you need to sublimate banana, after that, prepare a big bowl, and pour sugar, coconut milk and egg, then mix it. you may pour also banana that have been smooted. and mis them until really soft. after that, you can take banana leaves, and shaped it become squares, and pour the banana into the leaf. then wrap it with a clip, or rope. then you must steam it for approximately 30 minutes. and barongko cake ready to serve.
